The Hotel

The Breeze Hotel is your truly beachfront destination in Surfside Beach, Texas. With a total of 6 beachfront kitchenette suites this is your location for a relaxing vacation of several days or a quick weekend getaway. Each room can accommodate 4 adults max or 5 persons with children 15 years old or younger. All linens/towels are provided. The beachfront room includes your kitchen/living room and a full size futon fold-out bed. The bedroom has your king-size bed and spacious bathroom with shower. Your kitchen area includes a refrigerator, built-in electric cook-top, microwave, sink, table/counter, coffee maker and toaster. Basic pots/pans, dishes and flatware are also provided. A shaded deck at each room gives you a breathtaking beachfront view of the Gulf of Mexico. At The Breeze you can take a leisurely stroll on the beach in search of that perfect seashell, relax in your beach chair and soak up the sun, try your luck fishing in the Gulf of Mexico right in front of the hotel, check the free crabbing pier right across the street, enjoy your family reunion or beach wedding next door at Stahlman Park…or as most of our guests… just relax and unwind. At the Surfside Jetties you can watch the ships pass by heading to port, walk out on the jetties into the Gulf or spot a group of dolphins. On Beach drive check out the surfers. With some planning you can watch the unforgettable full moon rise over the Gulf of Mexico. The scenic coastal road to Galveston Island, in front of The Breeze, is a short 30 minute coastal cruise. Beach Weddings and Family Gatherings

Beach wedding ceremonies to last a lifetime are held throughout the year next door at the beautiful Stahlman Park. Your wedding guests can have their rooms just steps away here at The Breeze Hotel. Stahlman Park has seating for 200 guests, a full kitchen, audio/video equipment, outdoor sundecks and a gazebo with Gulf of Mexico views. Stahlman Park is perfect for family reunions, business meetings or even weekend beach retreats.

Hotel Policies

	The Breeze Hotel welcomes you to Surfside Beach. Please follow these rules to ensure all our guests enjoy their experience here. Failure to comply with these rules can result in guest removal from the premises and complete loss of rental fees with additional cleaning and damage fees charged to your account. Thanks for staying with us beach bums.
1.	Only The Breeze Hotel guests are allowed on the property.
2.	Furniture and all linens/towels are to remain indoors. Please bring your own beach towels for outside use.
3.	All cookware, utensils and dishes are to be cleaned and in drying rack or cabinet or an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
4.	Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the rooms. Smoke up outside please.
5.	Minimum age to rent is 21 years old.
6.	No pets allowed in hotel. We have pets too, just not here at the hotel.
7.	The Breeze Hotel, its employees, and or management will not be held responsible for any acts of theft, vandalism and or damages to guest’s personal property, personal injury, or items left in room.
8.	No outdoor music on decks. Please respect the space of our other guests.
9.	No ATVs allowed on property.

Reservation/ Rate Policies

1.	Reservations for the upcoming year begin on Jan. 5th at 8a.m. To make a reservation the first night rate, except holidays, will be charged to your credit card which is non-refundable. The balance is due at check in.
2.	Minimum 3 night stay on holiday weekends of Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. Full amount charged. There are no refunds for holiday reservations cancellations.
3.	No refunds for bad weather or interruption of service utilities.
4.	No refunds for early departures.
5.	Cancellations: First night is non-refundable.
