  • Hotel Policies

      Please follow these rules to ensure all our guests enjoy their experience here. Failure to comply with these rules can result in guest removal from the premises and complete loss of rental fees with additional cleaning fees if necessary.
     1.  Only The Breeze Hotel guests are allowed on the property. This includes the room, the outside deck, stairs, parking and roadways.
     2.Furniture and all linens/towels are to remain indoors. Bring your own beach towels for outside use.
     3. All cookware, utensils, and dishes are to be cleaned and in dry rack or cabinet or an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
      4. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the rooms. Smoking is allowed outside. Guests are responsible for the cleaning and removal of tobacco butts and ashtrays.
      5. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old.
      6. No pets allowed in hotel.
      7. The Breeze Hotel, its employees, and or management will not be held responsible for any acts of theft, vandalism and or damages to guest's personal property, personal injury, or items left in room.
      8. No outdoor music on decks or any other disruptive activity.
      9. No ATVs allowed on property.

    Reservation/ Rate Policies

    1.Total reservation amount charged to credit card to make a reservation.
    2.

    Minimum 3 night stay on holiday weekend Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. No refunds on holidays.

    3. No refunds for bad weather or interruption of service utilities.
    4.No refunds for guests that must leave property for failure to follow rules.
    5.No refunds for early departure.
    6. Cancellation fee is $40.00.  Balance refunded if cancelled at least 14 days before arrival date. If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival date balance refunded if your RV site/s is reserved in full by another guest/s.
      
  • RV Park Policies

     The Breeze RV Park Rules.

    Check in at 1:00 pm - Check out- Noon.   Quite time is 10pm to 8 am. 

    Park speed limit is 4 m.p.h.  Watch for kids.

    Upon arrival at the RV Park guest responsible for the entire RV site group must register all persons in their group upon arrival including extra guests and their names.

     1.Rates are based on 2 persons per site. Additional person over 5 years old are  $5.00/night, 8 persons max per site.
     2. Pick up after your pet and do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
     3. Tent camping is not permitted, shade canopies are allowed.
     4.  Carpets/tarps are not allowed on the grass, it kills the grass.
     5.Small fires are allowed on the beach.
     6.Parking/driving on any grass areas is not allowed.
     7.ATV's may not be driven in park.  Golf carts must use designated beach entrance roads.  Do not drive through the dunes.  Dunes are our only protection against storms and high surf.
     8. No RV/vehicle/boat washing are not allowed
     9.Do not cross into/walk through another guest's RV site.
     10.Please no arrivals past 9pm.
     11 Excessive noise, nuisance, public drunkenness, nudity, and fireworks are not permitted.
     12. Small fires are permitted only in above ground fire rings.
     13. When outside, dogs must be leashed and attended at all times.  Excessive barking is not allowed.  No outside caged pets.  Due to insurance restrictions the following breeds as defined by the AKC, will not be allowed on property at any time: Rottweilers, Dobermans, Pit Bulls (also known as Staffordshire Terriers), Chows, and Wolf Hybrids.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

     1. Full reservation amount charged to credit card to make a reservation.
     2.Holiday weekend reservations require a 3 nite minimum and are non-refundable.          (Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day weekends)
     3.

    During summer season 2 day minimum weekend reservation required.  Fri. Sat. or Sun.

     4.Monthly reservations require start and stop dates, $100 electrical deposit required. Total monthly rental charge paid in advance.

     6. No refunds for guests that must leave property for failure to follow rules.
     7.No refunds for early departure.
     8.If a late check-out is possible, the fee is $4.00/hour or $20.00 till 6pm.

    Cancellation fee is $40.00  Balance refunded if cancelled at least 14 days before arrival date. If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival date balance refunded if your RV site/s is reserved in full by another guest/s.
